Internship – De Brabantse Winter

Working on-site at De Brabantse Winter gave me insight into the complexity of live event production (De Brabantse Winter, 2025) . The project involved extensive preparation, multiple build plans, and coordination between a large on-site team, highlighting how many design decisions are made during the build phase rather than in advance. During the event setup, I took the lead in coordinating a group of five students responsible for installing Christmas lighting and decorations. This experience improved my leadership and communication skills and deepened my understanding of how design, planning, and execution come together in a real-world event environment.
